Cliff was just the first person who started on my sewer backup issue. He and those who followed (a manager and an outstanding work crew of three men) provided excellent service in what ended up being a sewage pipe replacement including about 15 ft under the house in a very short crawl space in freezing cold weather. They worked miracles, removing the old pipe, and completely cleaning up after its replacement. It was hard to tell they had even been here. Both Cliff and his manager were happy to answer my MANY questions and keep me informed all along the way. I highly recommend Elite Rooter.

Clifton was very helpful and kind. He was able to unclog our kitchen sink that hadn't drained for several days after trying to unclog it ourselves. Marley was also friendly and they both cleaned up any mess from unclogging the sink. They gave a reasonable price and answered any questions. Highly recommend both Clifton and Marley for any plumbing issues.

They answer their phone when you call, they communicated with us as the project progressed. They advocated for us with the insurance adjuster and explained our situation. Replace toilet tank kit…with only a 3” space to work with. Really like this company and their employees. Marley showed up on time. With very little space to replace the flushing kit in the tank, he jumped right on it and completed the job in less than 45 minutes. To be honest we thought he would need to cut out the counter space over the tank, but apparently this company hires experienced and professional employees, and we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommended them! A tough job well done!
