They had to jackhammer up the floor in the basement to replace 8 feet of pipe. They didn’t check to make sure all the basement drains worked. They did not. I had to call them back, at first they told me they couldn’t make it that day. I called Central dispatch told them that was not acceptable They got someone out in 30 minutes. I would’ve liked to seen a licensed plumber on site at all times during the repair there was not. In fact, a licensed plumber never checked their work and they has yet to give me a copy of the camera. I did check on them periodically they did appear to do a good job. I think it’s more on principal. They could’ve cut the tile in a straight line. It was glue tile it could’ve used a heat, gun and peeled them up a section at a time. I will have to do that to replace the tile, the concrete they put over the repair job tile the concrete a little too high I will have to deal with that when I replace the trial
