Put in the wrong size toilet for my 90 year old mother , was not the same size of the original toilet, smaller and harder for her to use! They missed two appointments to take of the situation and never called to say they weren’t going to show up , and when they did they accused me of lying saying they weren’t the company who installed the toilet , asked to see the receipt , called the office , found out that they indeed were the same company and did not apologize for their mistake !!! The Plummer was aggressive and angry . Terrible!!

BewareElite replaced my entire drain for $18,000 in 2021 with a 20yr warranty. Have had several problems with the line since that time. Multiple clean outs and jetted. Finally another plumber used a camera and discovered that Elite router installed line incorrectly with a dip. Elite replaced part of the line but did not properly resolve the problem and now they will not return a call after a month of calling. How many people would wait a month to make a complaint with no use of kitchen sink because it backs up into shower. Also noticed that others have had similar experiences when researching more. Probably why their license with Arizona Registrar of Contractors is currently revoked.

6 months ago they came out and took great care of me, 6 months later another problem, set up a on line booking, last trip out they charged me $199 for unclogging a drain, this time they were running a $49 special, they called me 20 minutes out and said on there way, i explained my problem and he told me that special doesn’t apply to your citation and because we have been out before we are gone have to charge you more! MORE for being a returning customer! For being a returning customer they now wanted to charge me $299 for the exact same job they did before! So I told him I will cancel if you don’t give me the same price as last time, he said I will call my supervisor and ask him and get back to you, well 3 hours later no call back! How’s that for customer service! And trying to take advantage of the customer who was being loyal and coming back for the service that was given before! I am a Manager of a retail business, I pride myself on loyalty of my clients and customer service, when I say I am gonna do something I do it! This is the poorest most disrespectful things you can do to your customers, reviews are now for the public to see, and how bad you take care of your customers and customers who come back to give you business, just shows what loyalty means to them, all about the mighty DOLLAR, and taking advantage of you! Go somewhere else where they will treat you as a customer and not a notch in there belt!

Do not use this company. They came quickly and worked for about an hour. The plumber said I have to remove the toilet and I asked if I can wait a moment to call the office to see how it works if the job is not completed. I spoke with someone who said they were going to put me in immediate contact with the manager. No one called and the plumber waited for about 20 minutes and then said he had to do it or leave to a different job. I continuously tried to call. I told him to do what needed to be done to fix it. He removed the toilet and still couldn’t get it unclogged but also couldn’t find anything in the lines. He flushed the toilet and said does that look good and I said no because it’s not flushing all the way and there wasn't a gurgle sound. He said oh ya no that’s fine it’ll flush. Within 20 minutes of him being paid and leaving it would no longer flush at all and flooded. I called over 10 times over a few day period before I got in touch with someone and they said they would provide a partial refund. I waited 3 WEEKS for a check and did not receive anything. I did receive the text asking for a review to which I responded with I am awaiting a refund and cannot get a hold of anyone. No response. I then started calling again. After a week and half of calling probably 20 calls at least. The answering service told me they didn’t think I was going to get a response. I had a different plumber come out for a different company. Within 30 minutes he was able to determine that the toilet was just old and I needed a new one. He switched out the toilets and the problem was fixed.

  • How can trenchless pipe repair benefit Boise homeowners?
Trenchless pipe repair offers Boise homeowners a minimally invasive solution to sewer line issues, preserving landscaping and reducing repair time. Traditional methods often require extensive digging, disrupting yards, driveways, and gardens. Trenchless technology, however, requires only small access points, so there’s little to no impact on your property’s aesthetics. This method is faster, often completed in a single day, making it ideal for homeowners who want minimal downtime. The technology also offers a durable solution by either inserting a new pipe within the old one or bursting the damaged pipe and replacing it. Trenchless repairs are reliable and long-lasting, often extending the life of your sewer line by decades. In Boise, where landscaping can be a significant investment, trenchless repair ensures you don’t sacrifice your property’s appearance for essential plumbing maintenance, providing a cost-effective and efficient alternative to traditional pipe repair.
  • What causes frequent toilet clogs, and how can they be prevented?
Frequent toilet clogs are often caused by improper items flushed down the toilet, such as wipes, paper towels, or excessive toilet paper. Other common culprits include low-flow toilets that lack sufficient flushing power, tree roots infiltrating pipes, or plumbing vent blockages. In Boise, hard water can also lead to mineral buildup, which narrows pipes and encourages clogs. Preventing these clogs starts with using only flushable toilet paper and avoiding items like wipes or feminine products. Installing a water softener can reduce mineral deposits, while regular maintenance keeps pipes clear. For homes with low-flow toilets, upgrading to a more powerful model might also help. Regular plumbing inspections identify and address potential issues early. By following these preventive measures, you can avoid frequent clogs, maintain smooth plumbing operations, and reduce the risk of emergency repairs, keeping your toilet functioning efficiently.
  • Are there eco-friendly drain cleaning options available?
Yes, eco-friendly drain cleaning options are available and effective, allowing Boise homeowners to maintain clear pipes without harming the environment. Enzyme-based cleaners are a popular choice, as they contain natural enzymes and bacteria that break down organic matter like grease, hair, and food waste. Unlike chemical cleaners, these are safe for pipes and the environment. Another eco-friendly method is hydro jetting, which uses high-pressure water to flush out blockages without any harsh chemicals. This process is highly effective for severe clogs and cleans pipes thoroughly. Additionally, baking soda and vinegar can be a simple yet powerful solution for minor clogs. By choosing these environmentally friendly options, you protect Boise’s local ecosystem and avoid contributing to chemical buildup in wastewater systems. Eco-friendly cleaning ensures effective results while supporting sustainable practices and prolonging the lifespan of your home’s plumbing.
  • What can cause sudden leaks in pipes, and how can they be fixed?
Sudden pipe leaks can stem from several causes, including corrosion, high water pressure, joint damage, and shifting soil. In Boise, older plumbing systems are particularly susceptible to corrosion, as mineral deposits from hard water gradually erode the pipe’s interior. High water pressure can stress pipe joints and lead to leaks. Other factors, like temperature fluctuations, can cause pipes to expand and contract, loosening connections over time. Repairing leaks involves first identifying the source through professional detection methods. Small leaks might be sealed with epoxy or tightened fittings, while significant damage may require pipe replacement or relining. For high-pressure issues, a pressure regulator can be installed to prevent future leaks. Routine plumbing inspections in Boise can detect these issues early, allowing for prompt repairs that prevent further water damage and maintain your home’s plumbing integrity.
  • How often should a water heater be serviced in Boise’s climate?
In Boise’s climate, where water heaters are often in use year-round, annual servicing is recommended to maintain efficiency and extend the unit’s lifespan. Boise’s hard water can lead to mineral buildup in the tank, reducing efficiency and potentially causing damage. During a service appointment, professionals will flush the tank to remove sediment, check for leaks, and ensure the temperature and pressure settings are safe. If you have a tankless water heater, maintenance still involves descaling to prevent mineral deposits in the heating elements. Regular servicing improves energy efficiency, provides consistent hot water, and reduces the likelihood of unexpected breakdowns. For older units, frequent check-ups might be necessary. Investing in routine water heater maintenance not only ensures reliable hot water but also helps Boise homeowners avoid costly repairs or premature replacements due to mineral buildup and wear.
  • What are the benefits of a trenchless sewer repair over traditional methods?
Trenchless sewer repair provides several benefits over traditional methods, particularly in terms of time, cost, and environmental impact. Traditional repairs involve extensive digging, which disrupts yards, driveways, and landscaping, often requiring costly restoration afterward. Trenchless methods, like pipe lining and pipe bursting, require only minimal access points, preserving your property’s landscaping and reducing repair time. In most cases, trenchless repair is completed within a day, minimizing disruption to your daily routine. Additionally, trenchless methods produce less waste and use fewer resources, making them environmentally friendly. Although the initial cost may be slightly higher, the lack of extensive restoration work often makes it more affordable overall. Boise homeowners benefit from a durable, long-lasting repair that doesn’t sacrifice curb appeal. Trenchless repair ensures a fast, minimally invasive, and eco-friendly solution to sewer line issues, making it a smart investment.
  • How does professional drain cleaning improve my home’s plumbing?
Professional drain cleaning offers significant benefits for Boise homeowners, preventing backups, improving water flow, and reducing unpleasant odors. Over time, substances like grease, soap scum, hair, and food particles accumulate in pipes, narrowing them and slowing drainage. While DIY solutions may provide temporary relief, professional cleaning ensures a thorough, long-lasting solution. Our team uses methods like hydro jetting to clear clogs completely, restoring proper water flow and preventing potential blockages. Additionally, professional drain cleaning reduces bacteria buildup, which can cause foul odors and degrade pipe quality. In Boise’s hard water conditions, mineral deposits can also contribute to blockages, so regular cleaning is essential for maintaining optimal pipe function. By investing in routine professional cleaning, homeowners can avoid costly repairs, ensure a smoothly operating plumbing system, and enjoy a cleaner, more pleasant living environment.
  • Is it safe to handle minor septic system repairs myself?
While minor septic tasks, such as checking water usage and managing what goes down the drain, are manageable for Boise homeowners, most septic system repairs are best left to professionals. Septic systems are complex and contain hazardous waste, which requires specialized handling and knowledge. Attempting DIY repairs without the right equipment can result in accidental contamination, property damage, or health risks. Professionals have the expertise to identify underlying issues accurately and fix them safely. For example, a slow drain might indicate a clogged baffle or drain field issue, which requires more than a simple fix. Routine tasks like inspecting for leaks or ensuring proper drain field care can be homeowner-managed, but anything involving pumping, pipe repair, or deep cleaning should be professionally handled. Hiring experts ensures safety, efficiency, and a properly functioning septic system for years to come, protecting your home and the environment.
  • What should I consider before installing a new water heater?
Installing a new water heater involves several key considerations, from energy source and capacity to Boise-specific factors like building codes and energy efficiency. Start by deciding between gas, electric, or tankless models, depending on your home’s setup and budget. Capacity is essential; a larger family may need a tank with higher capacity or a tankless system to meet demand. Local building codes in Boise may also dictate installation requirements, so it’s wise to consult with professionals who understand local regulations. Energy efficiency is another important factor—modern models often use less energy, lowering utility bills and environmental impact. Additionally, consider the installation space and accessibility for future maintenance. An expert plumber can guide you through these choices and ensure you select the best water heater for your needs, balancing cost, efficiency, and regulatory compliance for a seamless installation.
  • What types of toilet repairs do you offer in Boise, ID?
Our Boise-based team handles a variety of toilet repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing worn parts like flappers and fill valves, and addressing weak flushing. Leaks are often caused by faulty seals or corroded parts, which, if left untreated, can increase your water bill. We also offer unclogging services to clear blockages caused by common culprits like toilet paper, wipes, or foreign objects. If your toilet is outdated or inefficient, our team can help install a new, water-saving model that meets your needs. For those experiencing ongoing issues, our professionals can diagnose deeper problems within the plumbing system that might be affecting toilet performance. Contact us for a consultation to determine the best solution for your home.

  • How do I know if my drain needs professional cleaning?
Professional drain cleaning is recommended when you notice signs like slow-draining water, frequent clogs, or unpleasant odors near sinks, showers, or toilets. Over time, debris such as hair, soap scum, grease, and food particles accumulate, narrowing the pipes and slowing drainage. Home remedies may offer temporary relief but are rarely as effective as a professional cleaning. Persistent clogs, especially those affecting multiple drains simultaneously, often indicate a deeper issue that DIY methods can’t resolve. In Boise, where hard water can exacerbate buildup in pipes, regular maintenance helps prevent larger plumbing issues. We use advanced tools like hydro-jetting and drain snakes to safely and thoroughly clean your drains. Our services also include camera inspections to locate any hidden blockages or damage. Scheduling a professional cleaning ensures smooth water flow, reduces future issues, and keeps your home’s plumbing in optimal condition.

  • What methods do you use for clogged drain line repair?
We employ a range of effective methods for clogged drain line repairs in Boise. For minor clogs, we might use a professional-grade drain snake to dislodge debris quickly. In cases of tougher blockages, hydro jetting is often our go-to solution; this high-pressure water technique clears stubborn clogs, grease, and scale buildup without harming pipes. For recurring issues or clogs deep within the system, we also conduct camera inspections to pinpoint the exact location and cause, such as tree roots or collapsed pipes. Depending on the inspection results, we may recommend repairs or replacement if damage is extensive. By using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques, we ensure efficient, thorough cleaning that not only resolves the current clog but helps prevent future blockages. Our expertise and advanced tools make us Boise’s trusted choice for reliable, long-lasting drain repair solutions.

  • Why should I choose trenchless sewer repair for my Boise property?
Trenchless sewer repair is an efficient, minimally invasive option ideal for Boise homeowners looking to preserve their landscaping. Unlike traditional methods, trenchless repair requires only small access points, leaving your yard, driveway, and walkways untouched. This technique is faster and often less expensive, as it reduces the need for labor and extensive restoration work afterward. Our team uses methods such as pipe bursting or cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, which create a new, durable pipe within the damaged one, extending the lifespan of your sewer system by decades. Additionally, trenchless technology is environmentally friendly, as it generates less waste and uses fewer resources. Choosing this approach minimizes disruption to your daily life while providing a reliable, long-lasting solution to sewer issues. For Boise residents, trenchless repair offers a cost-effective, environmentally sound alternative that ensures a safe, functional sewer line without extensive excavation.

  • How does leak detection work, and is it worth it?
Leak detection is a valuable service, especially in Boise, where undetected leaks can lead to significant damage and high water bills. Our team uses advanced techniques like acoustic listening, thermal imaging, and moisture sensors to pinpoint leaks without disrupting your property. Acoustic listening devices detect subtle sound variations in water flow, while thermal imaging identifies temperature differences that often indicate hidden leaks. By locating leaks early, we prevent issues such as mold growth, structural damage, and inflated water costs. Leak detection is highly worthwhile for peace of mind and savings on potential repairs. Addressing leaks proactively also ensures optimal water pressure, improving the efficiency of your entire plumbing system. If you suspect a leak or want preventative maintenance, our detection services offer Boise homeowners a thorough, non-invasive solution that protects both property and wallet.

  • When should I consider replacing my water heater instead of repairing it?
Water heaters typically last 10-15 years, and as they age, they often become less efficient and more prone to issues. If your water heater is over ten years old and experiencing problems like inconsistent hot water, rust-colored water, or rumbling noises, replacement may be more cost-effective than repair. Frequent repairs can add up, and newer models offer better energy efficiency, which can lower your utility bills. In Boise’s climate, where water heaters are used year-round, investing in an energy-efficient model could provide long-term savings and reduce environmental impact. Additionally, a new water heater ensures reliable hot water access and fewer disruptions. Our team can help you assess your current system and recommend whether a repair or replacement is more economical. By upgrading, you benefit from enhanced performance, reduced costs, and peace of mind with a new, reliable water heater.

  • What are the signs my septic system needs maintenance?
Regular maintenance is crucial for a healthy septic system. Signs your system needs servicing include slow drains, gurgling sounds from pipes, unpleasant odors in your yard, and patches of overly green grass near the drain field. These issues indicate your septic system is struggling to process waste effectively. Ignoring these signs can lead to backups, environmental contamination, and costly repairs. Septic tanks generally require pumping every 3-5 years, but factors like household size and water usage can affect this frequency. Routine maintenance ensures your system functions efficiently and prevents unpleasant surprises. In Boise, where ground conditions vary, proper septic care is especially important to avoid contamination and structural issues. Our team offers comprehensive inspections and cleaning to keep your septic system in top shape. Scheduling regular maintenance helps prevent costly damage and keeps your home’s plumbing functioning smoothly.
