Called the plumber for seasonal drain clean. Plumber arrived used the wrong type of snake got it stuck 24 inches down made it seem it was 15 feet down and it was negligence . The plumbers arrived at 9am left at 6pm snake still stuck in tub he left the truck parked out frontand left bullshitting with his friend . Paid cash left a tip. They wanted 20k for piping .They were bullshiting for 2 weeks with the snake still stuck in our tub After calling a real plumber got the snake out fix in less than hours . 2 months later Corporate calls saying we gave balance of $44 Paid the plumber $50 cash with tip. I guess he just pocketwd the money. Very dishonest people and plumbers I would not recommend them for the slightest thing.

Fake plumber Keith Shannon tried to scam us out tens of thousands dollars with unnecessary repairs. Called out for a simple drain cleaning the guy got his snake stuck made it seem like it was 15 feet down . It was even 3 feet after the real plumber took it out. He used pigtail snake which was wrong type snake to clean the drain . Stay away from this company unless you want to be scammed or want them break your things and make you responsible. They came out news in Tucson for scamming people . Its on YouTube. They were at my residence for the whole day plus pretending to take the snake out. Goodle needs give them zero stars they deserve no stars for being unethical, no integrity lying to peoples faces.

So this morning I called in due to my tub and toilet being clogged over flow. Mark & Adrain Fonseca came in with great customer , gave us a break down of how there procedure works and had to extreme patients with the homeowner and they help us out and fix the problem. Great duo to have over have great conversation definitely recommend

Terrible!!! Run away as fast as you can! This was a major scam. Said hard clog, could not get ( never ran a snake at all- all on security cameras ) ran camera & had a couple from water eradication company like serve pro with them . Wanted me to dig upThe sewer line- Very uncomfortable, no real communication with me they just sat in their truck in the driveway . I had another company clear the line next day / standard clean out no issues

Not only did they work non-stop.. they continued until they found housing for my dis-abled veteran brother … They cared as much about taking care of brother even more takii I ng care of his huge plumbing issue…. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. First they come all cavalier and say your insurance will cover this and we are going to fix it. And oh by the way you need to pay up front. DON’T FALL FOR THIS. My wife and I did and we regret the day we hired them. If Keith comes to your door shut it fast. He appears to be the foreman but his communication was horrible and he constantly made excuses. what his company does is take on too much work to make a buck and then your job will be put on hold for another job. So if you want to get robbed, (they stole my shovel) hire Elite. My suggestion is hire a Tucson company. These guys are not from Tucson and that was part of the problem. I had to give them a star to post this review but in honesty i would give them -10 stars. Do yourself a favor and don’t hire them. Our job was a complete drain pipe replacement which costs 15,000+. For the record unless you have a rider on your homeowners policy insurance will not cover this type of repair. AGAIN DON NOT USE THIS COMPLETELY UNETHICAL COMPANY. Now they will probably have a flowery response to this. Don’t fall for it. You will thank me later.
I had an emergency with my sink backing up and I called saturday at 8am they were here at 945. Fast service and Greg was amazing.
DeVo the plumber was on time, courteous and respectful. I liked him immediately. He looked at the job, the installation of my new kitchen faucette and under sink shut off angle stops. He gave me an estimate. During the installation he informed me of the procedures as they were done, and asked my permission if needed.He was efficient and professional.I will certainly use Elite Rooter in the future and request DeVo, the plumber.Sandra M, Tucson.

I wrote a review yesterday that was completely undeserved. My appointment was scheduled between 9 and 11am. No one showed u and I called to complain. Apparently there was an issue with my phone an i wasn’t receiving the calls from this company. Brian Hall ( the plumber) came and was able to fix my shower and he was so pleasant and professional. He took a look at the problem and knew right away what the issue was. Because of Brian and his excellent work, I will never use any other plumbing company! Brian is a real asset to his employer!!
