Elite Rooter came out to look at my mom's backed up downspout/sump drain in the yard. The previous owners had run the sump pump drain into the downspout drain , which was clogged and forced water onto the front walk where it froze and became an ice skating rink. Very dangerous.Agustin and Junior were very understanding and patient. They assessed the situation, then ran a scope down the drain, then ran a cable snake down the drain and were able to clear the clog at the end of the drain. Dirt and sediment built up and covered it over time. They took all the time required to clear the issue and at a very reasonable rate. A big thanks to Agustin and Junior for making sure the job was completed, even though it isn't something they encounter every day! I highly recommend Elite Rooter.

These guys are awesome! I called them for a clogged drain, but of course we ran into problems. Quentin stayed after it until he was able to come up with a solution. Even went so far as to call in a colleague with a camera to make sure he has fully resolved my issue. Unbelievable experience start to finish. Prompt response time, very clean (booties on when in the house and blankets on my wood floors to protect from dirt or scratches bringing in their snake), problem solving on the go, and very courteous on top of it all. 100% would recommend them to anyone!

My basement flooded again and I knew it was probably time to replace the old iron drain under the floor. They arrived on-time and quickly diagnosed the problem, showing me video evidence of the sewer pipe which had rusted through. The crew was out the next day and were fantastic. They worked as quietly as possible, were extremely respectful and completely cleaned up after themselves. This is the second time I have used Elite Rooter. They are very professional and trustworthy. Highly recommended!

I was happy with Elite Router. They came out next day and after the first plumbers assessment and isolated the real problem then provided me options to choose within budget. They applied discounts and I would recommend them again.
Our sewer main was clogged and they responded within an hour. They offered a $79 clean out special. After running it once and getting it flowing, he wasn't confident that it was completely cleared, so he ran it a second time. He still wasn't happy with the results, so he contacted his manager who came and did a visual check. It was discovered that roots had filled a section of the drain line, and while the clean out removed about a third of the obstruction, they couldn't guarantee the work done.They left me with a bid to replace the section of drain and install cleanouts and a copy of the video. All of this work resulted in the final charge of $79. I was very pleased with the effort made to fix the problem.

Do not use this company they are shady and deceptive!I had them come out to provide an FREE estimate and quote for my water heater. After discussing their findings, they went to the truck and drew up a quote. I took one look at it and knew I would NOT be using them as they were the highest price of all contractors that gave me quotes.The tech then had his manger get me on the phone to scare me about codes and how not all plumbers know this- blah blah. They were out priced by a different company I used point blank period. They followed up and I told them I contracted different services because they were just too expensive and I thought that was that.A few months later I got hit with an invoice and was threatened to go to collections!!! They NEVER DID WORK FOR ME OR IN MY HOME!! I called the technician and manager and they assured me it was a mix up but again I keep getting these harassing calls and messages from Brianna who can’t seem to take my word that the invoice is wrong! Furthermore, my signature NOR any type of authorization for work is no where to be found!! I am baffled at how incompetent they can be to think they can make a fake invoice for completed work and threaten me to pay it!! Who is running your hill in department or is this a regular ploy to scare people so you can make quick fraudulent money!?Will be filing complaints as I believe they are a fraudulent and have extremely shady business practices.

Chris came over within a few hours of me getting in touch with them for what I thought was an emergency plumbing issue, and he was super helpful. We had a mystery noise that sounded like water running through our pipes in the basement.We selected Elite Rooter after checking their BBB status and customer reviews. The company sent out Reed, a plumber who quickly determined there was an outside faucet that had a crack in the housing. Fortunately, there was no evidence of water damage inside or outside of foundation wall. He explained clearly our 2 repair options. After Reed's supervisor was apprised of the situation, we approved the best repair option for us. Job was done efficiently & we managed to save a little money, too.Thank you, Reed, & Elite Rooter & Plumbing for quickly solving & preventing further problems & thus saving us even more $$$.

This review is a little late as I just got back from being out of the country. I have used Elite Plumbing a few times and have referred the company to friends and family. I have had success with them in the past. The issue this time was a sewer and water re-pipe. A plan was agreed upon with the project manager prior to the start of the project. From day one, there was miscommunication between the project lead and the workers which I had to continually stop and ask them to call the lead. Work was not completed per the original agreement. The completion of the project was continually delayed and for a week I was told every day it would be completed that day. The crew was late anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 ½ hours. Calls and texts went unanswered. When escalated to the manager after waiting 3 hours for an ETA, the project manager actually laughed at me because I was so mad. They previously leveled the yard and replaced the turf as close to original as possible. This time, the area was not leveled, and the turf was not tacked down. Numerous issues were escalated but eventually resolved and the invoice was paid in full within 15 minutes of receiving the final invoice. However, 2 days prior to leaving the country, I received a notice from a lien company on behalf of Elite Plumbing for an outstanding balance. I made calls to the company requesting to talk to the manager that have to date gone unanswered by the manager. The manager did have her assistant call me to let me know I did not have an outstanding balance, and this is standard procedure but could not clarify what the standard procedure was when there was no outstanding balance. I still have not received a call from the manager to my questions why my personal information was given to another company without my authorization and no breach of contract.

I discovered a slow leak in my ceiling on Sunday and called these guys Tuesday morning after getting blown off by another plumber; they were out to assess it within two hours of my call and the technician I worked with (Jr) was awesome. They had the leak repaired same-day, and were incredibly patient as I worked with my HOA to get an emergency shut-off arranged for the building. My only constructive feedback is around pricing and preparedness; I did feel what I was charged was a bit steep to fix a small leak and Jr had to leave the job to grab a ladder knowing the job involved a ceiling leak (this feedback is pretty small, just something that would be helpful moving forward). At any rate, I would work with them again!
Javier kept me informed throughout the repair and efficiently fixed a leaky pipe in a shared wall. This was a very stressful situation and I'm glad he was there to get the job done.

Long review warning but there is some useful information/insight in this if you want to understand Elite's compensation model driving their employee behavior.I had a shared sewer line back up at a rental property. Main line is shared between my unit and the duplex neighbors. I had used Elite in the past to do a main line clean out, as others have noted, the $79 clean out miraculously does not end up being $79. Elite was called out to hopefully clean the main line and mitigate the main line back up.We were told the line could not be cleaned and we needed to reline a section. Knowing that this line was the older, 4 foot clay sections, this made sense. Price quoted for this was $11k. We agreed to get started.Again, after they got started, they said there was an offset where our line connected to the city sewer, the tap as it is called. This offset was "bad and could lead to future issue and the city inspector recommends you address it" was what we were told. For another $26.5k, which was a "special" discount price, they could address this issue as well. This did not pass the sniff test and we declined the repair/replacement of the additional 50 feet and the offset at the tap.The project manager told me repeatedly, even though it was not standard, his crew would replace the brick pavers that were being removed to replace the 30 foot section of line with the belly. I had discussed this with him on the morning of 9/23 after they had backfilled the trench. On 9/23 I was told that the job was complete, so I paid my outstanding half. The pavers were not replaced and dirt covered a cleanout. When asked about this the project manager told me it was going to look bad so they were not putting them back, see pic of pavers stacked against the fence. I was told by the person trying to collect "they were replaced with a rough finish."After realizing that they were pretty scammy, I paid for a 3rd party to come in and scope the line from the house to the city main. I wanted to check their work so to speak as the "inspection report" that they provided was roughly 3 lines of text.They did replair 30 foot section of clay pipe with PVC. They did add (2) cleanouts, one of which they left buried under dirt. They also introduced an offset at one of the junctions of the new PVC section to the clay section. This offset was roughly equal to the offset at the city tap that they recommended being addressed for an additional $26.5k, see photo.The main issue at the tap, per the 3rd party inspector, was the root intrusions. They could not be bothered to clean the line from the house to the tap and remove the intrusive roots that were more problematic than the minor offset they wanted $26.5k to address, see photo.The thing they are proficient at, other than trying to upsell unnecessary repairs, is following up on invoices, regardless of if they did what they said they were going to do or not.You can find some interesting information in Colorado court of appeals case No. 23CA1728.Elite pays their field manager roughly a 31% commission on any sale over $1000 per the numbers in that court case. It is no wonder they they try to upsell and find things that "need" to be addressed, whether real or not. While everyone likes to make money, that kind of a compensation structure will inevitably lead to bad behavior in my opinion.In reading though the negative reviews here, quite a few of them seem to be driven by the Elite Rooter compensation model of paying a high commission, ~31%, on sales of greater than $1000. This would drive their team to look for "issues" that put the repair over this threshold in my opinion.
You aren't going to find guys that are this pleasant, competent and hard working. We were obviously having a bad day with our plumbing issues but Dennis, Javier, Ruben and Chris were prompt and forthright and got our woes fixed with a smile. Even at the late hour they made an extra effort to be quiet with my sleeping sons and left the working areas clean. We are satisfied and would recommend unconditionally!
Elite rooting did a fantastic job. I scheduled a service call to arrive between 12-1, and on the same day Reed reached out to me and arrived 1 hr early which was great for us. When he arrived he greeted us with professionalism and immediately got to work. He explained our situation to us and gave us choices. His truck and equipment was extremely clean and he took great care not to damage our freshly painted walls or the new staircase with his machine. There is no doubt I will use Reed and Elite Rooting moving forward. Thank you Reed and Elite.

There is a older guy and a younger kid working on hampden and chambers driving the pickup with a trailer and I asked the guy to move his truck 2 feet and he was on his phone and ti busy to pull forward 2 feet in turn I had to go back and all the way around to get to a spot that would of took me 30 seconds.also his attitude towards me was totally u professional, I will NEVER use this company in my lifetime. Boo hoo

It was a wonderful thing for me to have chosen Elite Rooter Company among the choices that I had to choose from to do the drain at my house which had clogged over the weekend where by they sent me two good guys Named Denis and Braden who did a great job with quote for the job, I can recommend them to anyone who has issues with the drainage.

They were professional and did fast work. We hired them for a simple kitchen sink unclogging but found out the problem was bigger than we thought. They were able to assess the problem very quickly and even got a team to come out the very same day so that we were able to use our sink again without any delay.Edit*Had to lower my review on them, because after they had finished tearing up our basement to replace the drain pipe, they relayed concrete but had left it very rough, they did not even try to level it out. It took about another week and a half for them to get another 2 guys to come out and redo the finish. After that we noticed that the ONLY drain we had downstairs was not reconnected to the main drain, which was part of the original agreement. We had to contact them yet again to try to get another team to come and fix this problem. We called and left messages for another week and a half but received nothing in return, until this morning. They show up unannounced and no warning to ANYONE that they were scheduled to do work today. What should've only been a weekend job has now spanned over a month.

Elite rooter came out to clear a shower drain. They said they couldn’t get the drain clear and made it seem like some huge issue with the plumbing. I had another company come out the following day that cleared the drain in 2 minutes and said he had no idea why elite rooter wasn’t capable. Save your money, hire someone capable the first time. NOT ELITE ROOTER.

Do not call them in an emergency. Had a main sewage line backup, had the tech come into my basement, he agreed to clean out the sewage line of roots, debris, etc. for $350.An hour later, he tells me he's 'done' and shows me a video - sewage line still has roots, and tells me that now it will be $2000 for him to clean those out. Classic bait and switch. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

I called Elite Rooter to address a leak in a laundry room. I was expecting that they would clear discharge sewer lines coming from that room, and that would address the problem. The technician took his time to find the underlying issue, and found it was a door threshold that had lost its integrity and leaked during a rain storm. The technician advised me of the actual cause of the water damage, and was honest stating that a rooter job would not take care of the issue.Thanks for the honesty.
Complete rip off! Came and just charged me for a drain cleaning and said that I’ll be needing $3,800 worth of work. Contacted another company and they actually did the drain cleaning and all fixed now without the huge rip off charge!
Representative was extremely personable and professional. He came in and was able to troubleshoot our issue and get it fixed quickly. He also let us know what we needed to do for avoiding further issues in the future. We definitely appreciate the service and getting our shower back up and running in one visit.

We called Elite Rooter with an urgent plumbing issue and they showed up the same day to fix it. Quentin did an amazing job of explaining the issue, why it happened and what he can do to prevent it from happening in the future. He worked tireless to fix our issue and was very friendly throughout the experience. He also took a lot of photos and documented everything he did to help us with the insurance claim.
Quentin is a stand up guy that went out of his way to help us out and make sure the job got done properly. The initial crew left a pretty haphazard hole in my floor in the process of the repairs to my drainage pipe, but Quentin came out on a different day on his own time and cleaned it up all by himself to make sure it was easier for us to repair the tiles. Very genuine and knowledgeable guy and I'm definitely going to work with him again. He's the real deal.

Elite rooter was super helpful when I was having an emergency with my sink. They were a bit behind schedule, but everyone I talked to from on the phone to the plumber that showed up was helpful and polite and explained everything thoroughly.

Worst service ever. Not professional at all. I was told that the main line was broken and that they needed to break the concrete to fix the pipe. They also told my girlfriend that there was a blockage from the toilet to the clean out since they couldn't get the snake down the pipe and another blockage from the clean out to about 6ft down the line since there camera just drops even though they couldn't get a clear picture. After all there services it cost me $325 for them to come out and look at it. I feel like they was not honest and was just trying to make a big sale. I was told the do not deal with insurance company's and we will have to pay $4800 for them to cut out a section of the concrete and fix the pipe that was collapsed. After I told them we are gonna find a company that takes insurance they gathered up all their tools and left in hurry. They left a mess by the clean out where they put the snake and the camera. I had another company come out later that night and they cleared the drain with the drain scope and didn't charged me because he was out here estimating it. I don't know if it was the wrong people or if they try to do this to everyone but I feel they are not honest because they told me one story and told my girlfriend a different. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I called Elite Rooter for a clogged kitchen drain after a remodel. Shon amd Dennis were able to troubleshoot my drain lines and found that I didn't have a clogged drain but rather a vent issue. They spoke to my contractor over the phone who had never seen this before and gave him some options that could solve the problem. They were great to work with and I will definitely call them again when I have any plumbing issues.
I had a terrible experience with Elite Rooter. They came to fix a clog in our main drain but ended up making the problem worse. They removed our toilet to access the main sewer line and when they claimed the job was complete, they hadn't even bolted the toilet back on. About an hour after they left, my basement drain backed up again and water was shooting out of the unmounted toilet. I called them back to come out and they said they didnt offer after hours service and I would have to wait until the next day. I told them don't bother and I called Roto-Rooter, They came out within and hour and had everything fixed within 2 hours. they were appalled at the mess and incomplete job Elite Rooter left. Elite Rooter finally promised a refund since they didn’t complete the job successfully, but it's been a month and no one will get back to me. Extremely disappointed with their service and lack of follow-through. Avoid this company at all costs.
Used Elite Rooter to repair a collapsed pipe that required concrete to be demo'd out then replaced. When they set everything back, we were hearing a wind current, and smell that hadn't been there previously. I thought we were hearing the sewage. They pulled the toilet back up and after calling a more senior person out, they attributed it to the Radon fan system under the house. That was what was happening, and it made sense that the smell was similar to a crawl space. Elite, however, said we needed to call the radon system's company to correct the issue. I implored how it could be their fault, and told them that it seemed like the repair work was not sealed off completely, and got shrugs and disinterest. We decided to pull the toilet out and look ourselves. We removed the flange, which was not bolted down at all, and found a huge gaping area in the concrete. See photos. They also seemed to overcharge me by over $250 for financing, and when I asked, the guy told me it was the amount I was approved for not the amount I'd be charged. This was completely false, and I wasn't sure how to fight it at the time. The plumbers are untrustworthy and full of false information. I'd not recommend Elite for any work._Also tried to reach out after the Response from owner. Called company and left information twice to be contacted. The second time they gave me the managment's email. I then sent an email with details after not hearing back for a few weeks. I've managed to complete my pregnancy and have a child, and no one has gotten back to me. The "sincere apology" is not accepted, and sure doesn't feel very sincere.

Syn was very quick to fix my clogged shower drain. Moreover he took time to explain everything he was doing, was very courteous and clean, from wearing protective socks over the boots, to cleaning up the workplace and leaving it in better shape than it was when he walked in, even with air freshener touch.
Syn’s work has earned my trust in the company, and I won’t be looking further next time, God forbid, a plumbing problem arises.

Mark Herman is THE best. His knowledge and authenticity is top tier. He was able to get my broken hose spigot completely fixed in about an hour. Seriously a pro at what he does. I really appreciate the same day service since I had to shut my water off from the broken spigot.

We are very pleased with Elite Rooter's job replacing our EXTREMELY rusted out piped under our house. We thought we only had a stopped up bath tub drain when we called them, but the normal snake process didn't work. Brian, their excellent/knowledgeable/hardworking young tech, told my grandson that he would like to check under the house, which was built in the mid-1950's. Maneuvering room is very tight, so it isn't a job most of us would do unasked! While down under the he saw a bad fix from previous work of an undetermined age that was leaking at a kink. While checking things out, he saw bad rust in several places...pipes that were ready to to collapse! He took photos to show us and said more work was definitely needed, assuring us there were solutions that his supervisor could explain to us. He called his supervisor, Giovanni, who arrived and was professional and friendly. He went under the house with Brian...and my 82 year old husband went, too! They took more photos showing extensive damage. Giovanni came up with two options...one fix was cheaper, but not as complete. The other was expensive but would take care of all the issues and give us a 15 year warranty, including a senior discount, which we chose, not wanting more worry at our age! We normally get at least two bids on big cost repairs, but Elite was responsive and explained everything very well...and to be honest, we were so impressed with young Brian's work ethic, that he was the main reason we gave the go-ahead without further checking. I hope Elite keeps him on their jobs for a long time!! The work was finished in a little over two long days and they took more photos and videos of all their repairs and replacements. The only remaining task is having a Fremont building inspector meet them at the house to check things out sometime next week and sign the permit.We are grateful to Elite Rooter and recommend them highly!

The plumber fixed our clog on the basin very swiftly and even explained it very well. While Elite Rooter resolved my drainage issues, I feel they could've been better in explaining my options and helping me identify the most cost effective method. I ended up spending more than anticipated. They provided me two options, one which they explained would solve my issue by replacing a line. But it didn't, so I then needed to do the first option as well which resolved my issue, but was an added cost. They are the experts! And, I'm sure they have seen my issue in other houses. I feel like I spent more than I needed to get my drain back in service.

Was able to get an appointment for the same day to snake a kitchen drain. Daniel came over within the 1 hr window. He covered the floor and wore shoe covers. He was able to unclog it.

Simple, booked an appointment for a water tank replacement today at 12 and no one ever showed up despite me calling 3 times and telling me that the plumber was going to give me a call and was “a little behind”. It’s now 6:30pm and haven’t gotten so much as an update from anyone. Please, fix that for your future customers. People can’t afford to call off of work just to not have their appointment show up

Great experience! Basilio and Josef were knowledgeable, friendly, and had the equipment (camera snake) to determine what and where the issue was. They prevented dirt from getting around by wearing booties coming into the house and using tarp to prevent any dirt from spreading around. They fixed the problem with fair pricing and provided maintenance tips for the line. Definitely recommend them!
Had a slow draining toilet. Elite rooter showed up on time, augered the toilet and up came roots. Although this wasn’t a permanent fix, I have a working toilet and know what needs to be done.
Team came to the house for a blocked sewer line, not quite within the hour promised, but close... The guys were professional, friendly, and got the line cleared, then ran a camera to see what the problem might be. Their diagnosis was that the sewer pipes were broken and needed replacement-- involving cutting through the slab in the bathroom and digging down to the sewer line there and outside at the cleanouts-- an expensive and disruptive job... We got another plumber to have a look at the sewer line and they determined that what looked like peices of sewer pipe was actually slabs of grease that had dislodged from the sewer line. they ran a power jet wash up and down the line to flush all the accumulated grease out to the street and cleared up the line-- still not cheap but alot less disruptive and less costly.

My washing machine overflowed. Elite Rooter came out and snaked the p-trap. I asked him to snake the clean out which was next to the washer. He didn't do that, saying my p-trap was bad. To replace the p-trap and pipes would cost over $2000.I called another plumber who snaked the clean out and the problem was resolved. Next day I contacted Elite Rooter to ask for a refund and it took days before I could get a person who wasn't a scheduler. Lexi said she agreed I shouldn't pay if they didn't snake the clean out. She said it would take days to get the refund. She was polite, but never returned my calls. Never could tell me when the check would be mailed. It was being processed. My service was on Sept 21, 2024 and I'm still waiting for even a call back. Now my calls and messages are ignored. They were all very polite as they lied to me, and let me think they would make good on this.Their website says "Integrity and Excellence". I hardly think so.

It was the worst experience. The plumber who came "fixed the problem" left and I ran the wash cycle again after he left. It flooded my kitchen floor again, just like before. I called and left a message and he said he was on another job but I was his next priority and would come by later. He never showed up. I sent a text and picture of my kitchen floor with water. He called me and asked if he could come the next day. He said he would come at 4pm. I left a locale I was at to be sure I was home. He never showed up nor had the common courtesy to call. I will never call Elite again and got another plumber who fixed the problem the next day with first time quality. I have had service done on my car, house, air-conditioning, etc. but will not recommend their plumbing service to anyone. BTW, I paid via check. Can I cancel the check payment? Yes, but won't. If getting the payment is more important than customer service, you can have it.

I guess I'd have to say I've had more than my fair share of experience dealing with plumbers and plumbing issues. Clogged drains, broken pipes, water heaters gone askew, leaks at the meter, screwed up irrigation systems, blah blah blah. Since moving to this area I've had to yell for help a few times but I've not had anyone make enough of an impression that I would bother to call them for the next incident. My basis for choosing a company and awarding stars begins with the first person I speak to. I want that person to be reasonably pleasant and handle my call in a competent manner. I got that when I called ELITE so I booked an appointment. The gentleman who was to provide my service called ahead to let me know how long it would be before he arrived and he appeared as promised. His attitude and ability to converse as he and I discussed my peculiar problem demonstrated that he was intelligent and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and then set about getting it done. He discovered that the leak, beyond causing a pond to form in my living room, was dangerously located directly above a live electrical power source. The situation required a second person so he made a call and very quickly his supervisor was there to assist him. Another impressive person had arrived. He smiled and introduced himself. His manner was positive, self-assured and professional. I was stressing but his explanation of what was going on and what would be done was clear, simple, reassuring, and that done the two of them smiled, nodded politely and headed out to slay the dragon. They did that rather quickly and reappeared to give me some information and recommendations and I paid my bill which was happily less than I had expected. Will I call someone new the next time I have a problem? Nope, I'll call ELITE. Great meeting you, gentlemen. Awesome job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I originally had Elite Rooter snake the drain for my toilet which turned out to be a temporary fix (not their fault). Had them come back out a couple days later for the same issue and put a camera down the drain. Found out I needed all new drain pipes and scheduled the repair, putting down a deposit and financing the rest. I got a second quote a day later that was much more reasonable and included additional repairs so I canceled the service with elite rooter.I've now been trying to get a refund for the services not performed for three months. I've called every single week, and each time I'm told by their call center that my issue has been escalated to a manager, the accounting department and someone will call me. I have yet to ever receive a single call or email from them and had to start a dispute over the financing payments I was being charged for.Once again, they can get someone out to your house, but don't expect anyone to ever follow up with you if there's an issue.Look elsewhere.
They came out in January to look at a clog. We ended up needing all new pipes because we had old cast iron pipes. They quoted us $12k or something ridiculous so we put a down payment down of $1,000. We ended up getting a quote the next day from a different company for less than half the price. We cancelled their service as we got a way better quote.Fast forward to now, March, and we can not get our deposit back. We have tried calling for months and we always get the same response, "we will look into it and call you back". No one ever calls us back and every time we call it's like they have no idea who we are.Customer service is less than stellar to say the least.
If I could give them 10 stars I would and they deserve it. Called this morning and Melissa was quick to respond and get me on their books the same day. Acknowledged their drain cleaning special during our conversation and scheduled me for 3pm-4pm with a prior 20min call from the tech. Jose showed up right on time, inspected the kitchen drain and ran his 75ft snake in the drain and successfully cleared it. Great technician that got it handled and everything was left perfect once again! Thank you for your services!!

And the credit company they use must be part of their scam becasue I have been disputing the transaction for alomst a year. Driver of one of the vans blew by el camino jr high and the park at around 835pm on 6/14/22 going around 50 miles an hour for no reason. There is plenty of people walking around this park and neighborhood, as so called professionals they should obey the speed limit.

This place is a complete sham. I’m in the middle of a law suit against them. The main broke on my house and they came out to do the repairs with unlicensed workers and never pulled permits. They brought the main in above ground and left my yard in shambles. They used the wrong size piping, so the water in half my house didn’t work when it was done. Connor Jimenez hired these unprofessional workers who talked like they were big and had nice expensive vehicles but they just took my money and ghosted. They acted like they would make it right and settled with me for 19,000 in which Conner signed as well as I did for unpaid work that they owed because they originally agreed to repair the damage and do the plumbing in my bathrooms. Instead they took my money and ran. My lawyer sent letters to Pratik Patel, James Blake and Connor Jimenez to demand payment and I am also currently working with attorney generals in Idaho, Colorado and California. These individuals have not responded to any of the e mail or certified mail and and I’m sure are just hoping I go away, which I don’t plan on doing. The division of occupational licensing confirmed that no work was ever permitted and I’m sure that is because all the workers on my project were unlicensed. Dealing with this has been a nightmare. Don’t make the same mistake I did and stay away from this sham outfit.

My kitchen sink was clogged. Had used Drano twice and ZEP once. Had the pipes all cleaned inc. the drain pipe up to 15 ft. Was concerned there might be a more serious issue. Called Elite Rooter. Jose H. and Johny came out within hours. They put a rug down outside the front door, put plastic coverings over their shoes, a blanket on the floor where they were working and set their equipment on it to prevent scratching the floor. We discussed the issue. Their equipment would reach to 100 ft. Within 15 minutes the clog was cleared. Jose and Johny were professional, personable, and solved the issue. They cleaned up after themselves, as well. To be able to use my kitchen sink again was such a great relief. If you have a clog that you cannot clear, I would recommend Elite Rooter in a heartbeat. To top it all off, the office staff was pleasant and professional.
